Julius Caesar

Yes, this is a part of our study on France - when it was called Gaul.

We went to the library this morning and Mum found 2 Asterix books for me. I enjoyed it so much I have already finished the first one (in just one day).

Notre Dame

It was fun to watch "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and notice lots of things I have learnt about France.

Region Ultimate Challenge

My day at Region Ultimate Challenge.
Saturday 19th September
Today when I woke up I was so excited. When we got there I had to find my group. There were so many people. We made butter, had our faces painted, made slime, played with a parachute and had a potato sack race, climbed through a spider web and after lunch all the Brownies had to go in a tent and try not to go past the pole in the middle. On the way home Mum asked what I liked best. I said I LOVED it all. It was an absolutely lovely day I will never forget.

Tour de France

Each year they have a different route. The race covers 4,000km and lasts 3 weeks. I love the advert with the yellow shirt pulled into the shape of France. The leader of each day wears a yellow shirt.
